Skip Williams is a twice published author and a recognized speaker in business start-up and business improvement areas of expertise. With over twenty-five (25) years of experience in the Management, Financial Development & Operational fields he brings those years of analytical businesses to creating processes to successfully operate most modern business types.
Mr. Williams has been involved in the development of well over 800 businesses throughout the US, Canada, and the Caribbean working with owners, planners, operators and potential owners. His approach is to study, analyze, educate, implement and cultivate both small and large-scale projects. And also known for his unique Computerized Business Model called “Financial Blueprint” that allows for financial analyses and feasibility studies.

Steve and his wife Tara have been residents of Hendersonville, TN since 2020 having moved there from Las Vegas (by way of San Diego). Having lived most of his life in Wisconsin, he graduated Magna Cum Laude with an undergraduate degree in business administration and has two Graduate Certifications attending Marquette University and Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee. After a successful career in retail management as VP of Sales and Operations, he then worked in small business analytics for 15 years until he passed the series 7, series 66 working in the Financial Securities industry as Financial Advisor with a focus on small business investment strategies.
Having visited 3,900 small businesses across 50 states, Steve settled in Small Business Optimization and Strategic Planning for start-up and small business owners. Inspired by the perseverance and dedication required by those who choose to start and operate their own business, Steve has partnered with a like-minded professional with a congruent passion. Together with their team of professionals from the industry, Steve as a Principal with Resources & Development has been building relationships with small business owners in turn-around strategies, revenue generation and profit enhancement processes. Working as a collective body, their team is effectively suited to provide guidance, mentoring and education to small businesses nationwide.
